How we can help
A Mexico City law firm for problems that end up in court
Most people reach us when something has already gone wrong: a tenant who stopped paying and will not leave, a property that was paid for but never signed over, a relative who passed away and left a house in Mexico City, a divorce with children or property involved.
We start there: what happened, which documents you have and what can be asked of a judge. Then we tell you plainly which legal action applies, what comes next and how long each stage usually takes.
If you live outside Mexico
If you own property in Mexico City, have family here or are handling an inheritance from abroad, we explain the process in plain terms and tell you, from the first consultation, what we need from you and when.

Practice areas

First consultation
How the first consultation works
The first consultation is a paid advisory session of 1,500 Mexican pesos, at our office in Polanco or online. We review your documents and tell you which legal action applies. If the matter can be solved without going to court, we tell you that too.
We speak English. You can write to us and talk to us in English, and our WhatsApp is answered directly by a lawyer, not by a receptionist. The consultation is given by one of the firm's lead lawyers, with live interpretation when needed so that nothing gets lost.
Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (Mexico City time).
Where we are
Our office is at Av. Homero 530, Polanco V Sección, in Mexico City. We take cases in Mexico City, the State of Mexico and the rest of the country.

How we work
From your first message to the judgment
A lawsuit takes time. That is why we tell you from the start which action applies, what comes next and where your case stands.
- 1Tell us what happened
On WhatsApp or by phone: what happened, since when and who is involved.
- 2We review whether there is a case
In the first consultation we go over your documents and tell you which action applies.
- 3We take it to court
We choose the right proceeding and represent you before the courts, whether the other side is a person, a company or an authority.
- 4We keep you informed
We explain each stage as it happens and, once there is a judgment, we take the steps to have it enforced.
Tell us about your case
Message us on WhatsApp with what happened and since when. We will go over the details with you and tell you what applies.
